We have been holding our running workshops since 2010 and have had fantastic feedback from participants about how much they’ve enjoyed attending and, more importantly, what they have gained as a result: be it a successful first marathon, a reduction in injuries or a shiny new PB.

We constantly evolve what we teach, based on the latest scientific research and elite coaching practice as well as our own experience as runners and coaches. But while the information delivered in our workshops is grounded in science, it is pitched at runners, not scientists, using easy-to-understand terminology, plenty of real-life examples and the opportunity to put what you are learning into practice, with expert feedback.

We currently have three workshops on offer – Run Better, Train & Race Better and Master Your Marathon, all of which strike a balance between classroom and outdoor practice. Check out the individual workshop pages to find out more about each one, along with dates and venues.

Prefer us to come to you? If you would like us to deliver one of our existing workshops to your group or club, get in touch to discuss your needs. We can also create bespoke workshops, based around the topics you would like covered – for example, we put on a marathon training day for SSAFA, the armed forces charity, and devised a barefoot running workshop for East London Triathletes.
