Our running retreats strike the perfect balance between work, rest and play. Think of them as mini holidays rather than training camps, but rest assured you’ll run lots, eat well, learn loads and have fun with likeminded people.

With years of experience working with runners of all abilities and aspirations, we will work with you to train smarter, race better, banish niggling injuries and rekindle lost motivation.

We keep numbers small, so that everyone has plenty of one-to-one attention and gets the most out of their time on the retreat.

Running-wise, expect a mix of scenic trail runs and coached sessions focusing on specific aspects of performance, such as correct pacing for a tempo run, efficient running form or trail technique.

Each day also includes a workshop or seminar, with topics including practical nutrition, strength and conditioning, race preparation and recovery. For many, the highlight of our retreats is a guided point-to-point long trail run – we pick routes based on the best views and most varied terrain and always offer different distance options.

It goes without saying that you can also expect delicious, nutritious food – and plenty of it. We plan the menu to fuel your performance and recovery – but you won’t go short of treats either! Fantastic accommodation (we use a mix of hotels and large country/beach houses) and great company come as standard, too…
