Our guided runs are based on time rather than distance – so participants will cover different overall mileage – but we construct routes with optional loops and/or out-and-backs, so that everyone can run at their own pace and no one gets held back or left behind.
We finish the run with a group cooldown and wherever possible, tea and biscuits!
Please note these runs need to be booked in advance, so that we can ensure we are prepared to cater for everyone's pace/distance requirements and have enough leaders on hand.
