We offer fully bespoke one-to-one coaching for runners of all abilities and aspirations, with face-to-face and online options. Whether you are training for your first race, trying to make a post-injury comeback, gunning for a PB or looking for an age-group win, our individualised approach will help unlock your running potential.
We are both lifelong runners with more than 15 years’ coaching experience. We are fully qualified, insured and licensed with England Athletics.
Many of our clients have achieved goals that had previously eluded them after working with us. Here are some of their recent successes:
- After working with us for four months, Rachel P, 48, ran two PBs in a month (half marathon and five-mile race) following a three-year PB drought.
- Richard S, 61, set a half marathon PB of 2.03.10 at the Hackney Half Marathon. A full 18 minutes faster than the previous year.
- John B ran the fastest 5K of 2019 in the v70 age group when he ran a storming 20.17, knocking 37 seconds off his PB in the process.
As well as our online bespoke coaching programmes (charged by the month), we offer personal training/consultations for runners and running form assessments to help you maximise your running efficiency and minimise injury risk.
Sam’s coaching CV includes roles as resident coach at Runner’s World magazine, a member of the London Marathon Expert panel and coach to the Asics Target 26.2 Project and The Guardian’s Project Marathon.
Let us help you get more out of your running.
